Eligibility
• The applicant must have a 5-year or 3-year degree in law.
• The applicant must have 0-4 years of work experience. Candidates with prior litigation experience, interest in public law, and experience with emerging and digital technologies will be given a preference.
• The applicant must be qualified to practice law in India, enrolled with the Bar Council and authorized to appear in court on behalf of clients.
