Roles to cater

• Examine, and organize legal documents for legal due diligence
• Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, newsletter
• Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
• Drafting and/or reviewing legal agreements as requested
• Development and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures
• Draft internal legal memos regarding the upcoming regulatory landscape 
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance
• Localize changes in the contract to Vietnam
• Handle a variety of general corporate legal matters
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Eligibility

• Bachelor or 4th-year Student of International Business Law/ Business Law 
• Fast-paced, smart, reliable, proactive. Self-starter and eager to learn.
• Prior professional experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
• Ability to speak and write excellently in English, as the role requires the incumbent to interact and communicate with English-speaking colleagues

Engagement Hours

Full time: 40 hours/week
