Rs.15600-39100/- (PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-

Essential Qualification:

Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute of repute.

Experience:

Should have adequate practical education and experience for 3-4 years especially in the required field of legal work, IPR claim submission and monitoring. Working knowledge in drafting of various types of Agreements and related documentations for construction, supply, engagement of contractors, procurements, execution of the various employment and service regulations, dealing with the court cases and RTI matters.

Desirable:

Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute of repute. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Patent Agent license.

Maximum age limit:

35 years.
