Legal Associate
Job Description of Legal Associate: Assisting in the collection of empirical evidence, data and conduct of interviews, review of existing legislation, undertaking consultancy, training assignments, research on laws and policies and writing for the different projects of the Centre.
Qualification and Requirements: A graduate in law/LLM /Masters in Business Law. The candidate must have strong research and writing skills and must have research publications to his/her credit. Prior work experience in legislative drafting and data collection skills would be preferred.
Job Description of Project Associate: Assisting in fulfilment of deliverables of the project under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change Project on Chemical & Waste Multilateral Environment Agreements (MEAs), undertaking research and writing, training and other assignments.
Qualification and Requirements: A graduate in law/LLM/Masters in Business Law or a graduate in Environmental Sciences, with Diploma in Environmental Law with prior experience of work in the field of environmental law or science. The candidate must have strong research and writing skills and must have research publications to his/her credit.
