Established in 1997, it offers integrated law programs like BA LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.), BBA LL.B. About National Arbitration Competition 2025:

Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior invites law students nationwide to participate in the Prestige National Arbitration Competition 2025, held virtually. The event simulates real-world arbitration proceedings, offering a platform to sharpen advocacy, research, and dispute resolution skills. It aims to deepen understanding of international arbitration while fostering peer and professional networking. Students passionate about arbitration and corporate law are encouraged to join this enriching experience. Prizes will be awarded to top teams, speakers, and drafts.

Competition Format:

ROUNDS DURATION
Preliminary Round – I (Online) 60 Minutes
Preliminary Round – II (Online) 60 Minutes
Quarter Finals (In Campus) 80 Minutes
Semi-Finals (In Campus) 120 Minutes
Finals (In Campus) 120 Minutes

Registration Process:

• Teams are required to complete the Registration Process by duly filling the Registration Form on or before 01st November, 2025.
• Teams are required to pay the registration fees of Rs. 4,000/-.
• The registered teams would be allotted a Team Code via email upon payment of the fees.
• The 8 teams selected for the quarter-final round will have to pay an additional amount of Rs. 3,500/- for availing of accommodation.

Awards:

• WINNER: Rs. 25,000 cash prize + Trophy + Certificate of Merit
• RUNNERS-UP: Rs. 15,000 cash price + Trophy + Certificate of Merit
• BEST DRAFT: Rs. 10,000 cash prize + Trophy + Certificate of Merit
• RUNNERS PRESENTER: Rs. 10,000 cash prize + Trophy + Certificate of Merit
