The Cell for Studies in Intellectual Property Rights (CSIPR) at the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, in collaboration with R.K. Dewan & Co., is organising the 1st National Paper Presentation Conference on Contemporary Issues in Intellectual Property Law.

CSIPR fosters research and awareness in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) through conferences, workshops, and publications. Its flagship initiative, the NLIU IPR Law Journal, is a peer‑reviewed annual journal dedicated to contemporary IP issues.

  • Offline Presentations: Top 50 papers at NLIU, Bhopal.
  • Hybrid Presentations: 35 papers selected on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
  • Papers will be presented in thematic panels, followed by discussions with experts.

  • Notification of Acceptance: 26th February 2026
  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: 5th March 2026

Authorship: Single author or maximum two co‑authors permitted.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstract: 300–500 words, with 3–5 keywords.
  • Full Paper: MS Word format, Times New Roman, OSCOLA citation style.
  • Categories:
    • Long Articles: 5,000–8,000 words
    • Essays: 3,000–5,000 words
    • Case Notes/Legislative Comments: 1,500–2,500 words

Selected papers may be published in an edited volume with ISBN/ISSN.


Registration Details:

  • Phase I Registration: ₹1,000 per team (mandatory with abstract submission).
  • Phase II Registration:
    • Offline Presentation: ₹5,000 per team
    • Online Presentation: ₹2,500 per team

Awards:

  • Best Presentation: ₹20,000 + Internship at R.K. Dewan
  • Runner‑Up: ₹17,000 + Internship at R.K. Dewan
  • Best Paper: ₹14,000 + Internship at R.K. Dewan
