What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?

• Location: Hyderabad (offline)
• Eligibility/ Qualification:
  • Educational qualification – 4th year and 5th year Law students.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Duration of the internship: Starting February (They can discuss availability)
• Stipend: Yes
• Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with Contract Act, Company Law, Labour Laws, FEMA and other regulatory issues, Insurance Law, Income Tax Law.
  • Research on various transactional assistance queries and writing articles on researched topics.
  • Legal Opinions & Advisory concerning company Law (i.e.) Mergers, Acquisitions, demergers, Insolvency, Investments, and Incorporation of Companies.
  • Drafting and Review of various types of contracts, agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), NDA, Notices etc.
  • Drafting and vetting agreements, Lease Deeds, Vendor contracts, Advertisement Agreements, Branding Agreements, Memorandum of Understandings, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and indemnity Bond etc.
