With civil services as the backbone of administration, the event explores transparency, accountability, efficiency, and inclusivity in governance. It commemorates Civil Services Day, providing a platform for academicians, policymakers, practitioners, and students to deliberate on law, ethics, and public administration in the era of reforms.
