National Moot Court Competition, “Checkmate 2017 @ Army Institute of Law (3rd to 5th March, 2017)

DEADLINE FOR PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION:

20TH JANUARY 2017

3rd to 5th March, 2017

VENUE:

Army Institute of Law, Sector 68, Mohali, Punjab

Registration:

(a) Participation for the Competition is strictly by Registration (First-cum-first -serve basis).

(b) The teams should register through e-mail by sending a mail to mcs@ail.ac.in(with subject Moot Court Registration Checkmate 2017) by 20th January 2017.

(c) The hard copy of the registration form along with the demand draft of Rs. 4500/- INR on or before 21st February 2017drawn in the name of Registrar, Army Institute of Law, Mohali, payable in Mohali.

(d) The Registration forms shall be sent to:

THE CONVENOR, CHECKMATE 2017 ARMY INSTITUTE OF LAW, SECTOR 68, MOHALI, PUNJAB – 160062.

(e) No change in the names of the participants shall be permitted unless the same has been communicated to the organizers a week prior to the event.

(f) No certificates shall be provided at the time of the Registration or during the competition. The same shall be provided only after the Valedictory Ceremony. No certificates shall be couriered.

CASH AWARDS:

• Winners Rs. 45.000
• Runner – up Rs. 30,000
• Best Memorial Award Rs. 25,000
• Second Best Memorial Award Rs. 15,000
• Advocate of the Year Rs. 15,000
• Second Best Advocate of the Year Rs. 10,000

* All the winners/Participants Certificates after the Valedictory Ceremony only. No certificates shall be sent by courier or post.
