ABOUT THE COLLEGE
Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law was founded in 2007 under the aegis of the Rishi Aurobindo Educational Society (Regd.) & is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The institution offers a diverse range of programs, including 4-year undergraduate courses in Management (BBA & BBA-CAM), IT (BCA) & Law 3 year LL.B & 5-year integrated Honours programs (B.A. LL.B & BBA LL.B). Expanding its academic portfolio, the CPJ School of Law launched a 1-year LL.M program in the Academic Session 2022-23. Today, the college hosts a thriving academic community of nearly 2,500 students, guided by 80 accomplished faculty members & supported by a committed team of staff.
Situated on a well-planned one-acre campus in Narela, Delhi, CPJ provides a peaceful learning environment away from the city’s hustle, encouraging intellectual development & scholarly excellence. The campus is equipped with spacious, naturally lit lecture halls, modern seminar rooms, state-of-the-art fully air-conditioned computer laboratories, & a well-stocked library offering an extensive range of academic resources. ABOUT THE COMPETITION
Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law, in collaboration with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), proudly announces the National Moot Court Competition 2025 on the theme “Human Rights in the Contemporary Era: Critical Concerns & Global Dynamics.”
Scheduled on 14th & 15th November 2025 at the CPJ College campus, Narela, Delhi, this flagship event aims to provide a platform for budding law students to refine their advocacy, legal drafting, and research skills while engaging in dynamic debates on pressing human rights issues before distinguished judges and legal luminaries.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Teams must comprise undergraduate students pursuing either a 3-year LL.B or a 5-year integrated B.A. LL.B / B.B.A. LL.B program from a college or institution recognized by the Bar Council of India. Each participating institution may register maximum 2 team. Teams must consist of two speakers and one researcher.
