Precinct Legal is accepting applications for the long-term Internship program.
Part of the Energy team at Bengaluru. The role may involve research and drafting work on regulations related to Open Access, Deviation settlement mechanism, Wheeling & Banking of Electricity, Power Purchase Agreement and other Energy Law related matters.
Assist in preparing and filing various matters before Karnataka Electricity Regulation Commission (KERC), Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) and High Court of Karnataka.
Eligibility
Student of 3rd, 4th and 5th year of BA.LL.B/LLB
Have strong communication skills.
Good legal knowledge (Electricity Law, Law of Contracts)
