Judgment Writing Competition 2025–26:

The upcoming Judgment Writing Competition invites law students to engage with the art of judicial drafting. Participants will step into the role of a judge, sharpening their analytical skills and ability to express legal reasoning with clarity.

Objectives:

  • Encourage critical and judicious thinking
  • Strengthen application of legal concepts
  • Promote respect for the rule of law
  • Foster just interpretation of statutes

Eligibility:

Open to students enrolled in either a 5‑year integrated LL.B. programme or a 3‑year LL.B. course at any Indian institution.

Mode:

Online

Registration & Submission:

  • Team Composition: Two members per team; only one team per institution.
  • Deadline: Register via the Google form (link at the end of this post) by 27 December 2025, 11:59 PM IST.
  • Fee: ₹500 per team, payable to GLS Law College (details provided below).
  • Submission: Upload entries through the Google form link shared at the end of this announcement.
