Job Description

Department of School Education, Haryana is opening job posts of Legal Assistant.

Eligibility

1. To deal with all court cases from receipt till the final stage.
2. Advice on legal issues pertaining to the field as well as HQ.
3. Discuss and prepare a draft reply in consultation with the headquarter.
4. The draft of the written statement be vetted from the legal cell (Head Quarter) as well as the Office of the Advocate General, Haryana and Advocate on record at New Delhi and to attend the courts.
5. Any other assign work related to court cases/legal matters.

Salary

Rs. 23,330/- (per month)
