Responsibility:-
The candidate will be responsible for drafting conveyance, agreements, and other legal documents.
The candidate will be responsible for appearing before various forums and courts for handling civil, criminal, divorce, adoption, and land law matters.
The candidate will be responsible for managing all legal matters for the company.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing legal briefs and opinions and file appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.
