JOB POST: Associate at Anant Merathia & Associates, Chennai: Apply by Feb 20

Applications are invited for Law Graduates in their Chennai based law office specializing in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 at NCLTs across India and other corporate, commercial laws; applicants with good knowledge of Contract Law, Arbitration and other major substantive laws will be preferred.

Primary focus practice is at National Company Law Tribunals, NCLAT apart from High Court/Civil Courts/other Tribunals.

Location: Chennai

Eligibility

• 0-2 years’ experience
• Lawyers awaiting enrollment or final year law students awaiting results may also apply.
• The applicant must be available to work physically in Chennai.
• Graduates with excellent track record in academics, moots, paper publications and internship experience will be preferred.
• Majority work would be in IBC, 2016.
