• Chadha & Chadha are looking to hire a legal fresher for the job role of Trademark Associate. The profile will be focussed on handling trademark prosecution/ advisory and writing editorials.

Roles to cater

• Handling trademark prosecution matters;
• Corresponding with the Trade Marks office;
• Working on client queries/ opinions pertaining to trademark issues;
• Conducting legal research and preparing case notes, write up, updates etc. 

Eligibility

• The candidate must hold 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (preferably with IP background).
• The candidate must be excellent in writing and legal research skills.
• The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and should be a team player.
