The Chambers of Rajpal Associates has a strong litigation practice before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial forums across Delhi. The chambers handle diverse matters including Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Arbitration, and more, offering interns a holistic exposure to litigation practice.

About the Internship:

• Mode: Physical (in-person at Tis Hazari Courts)
• Duration: Minimum 1 month (extendable based on performance)
• Joining: Immediate (March 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, applications, counter-affidavits, and other legal documents
• Conducting in-depth legal research
• Assisting in case strategy and client coordination

Eligibility:

• Law students in:
  • 4th/5th year of BA/BBA LL.B. (5-year programme)
  • 2nd/3rd year of LL.B. (3-year programme)
• Must be enrolled in a BCI-recognized university
• Must be based in Delhi
• Prior exposure to litigation and legal research preferred
• Must be available to join immediately
