Internship Opportunity – Office of Advocate Udai Khanna:

Advocate Udai Khanna, Panel Counsel for the Union of India, is inviting applications for an internship position in his office starting 1st April.

Duration:

• Minimum: 1 month
• Extendable: Up to 3–6 months based on performance

Practice Areas:

Interns will gain exposure to diverse areas of litigation, including:

• Taxation
• Arbitration
• Commercial Laws
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
• Land Acquisition matters

Nature of Work:

Selected interns will be actively involved in:

• Assisting in preparation of case briefs and research notes
• Attending, observing, and supporting in court proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court
• Conducting in‑depth legal research on varied issues of law

Eligibility:

Applications are invited from law students who:

• Are preferably in their 4th or 5th year of a 5‑year integrated course, or in the final year of a 3‑year LL.B. program
• Have a genuine interest in litigation
• Possess strong research and drafting skills
