The Office of Adv. Ashwini Upadhyay is inviting applications for a 1-month paid internship program commencing 1 May 2026. This internship offers rigorous training in legal research and drafting, real courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to work within a dynamic constitutional litigation practice.

Areas of Work:

• Constitutional Law – Public Interest Litigation
• Civil & Commercial Law – IPR, Insolvency, Service Law

Eligibility:

• Law students enrolled in 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. programs

Mode:

• Offline (6 days/week)

Stipend:

• Paid internship
