About the Opportunity:

Nykaa invites applications for a Legal Internship aimed at providing law students with practical exposure to commercial contracts, legal operations, and in-house legal processes. This internship is designed for proactive and detail-oriented individuals who aspire to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal practice.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Selected interns will be expected to:

1. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts.
2. Support contract lifecycle management and documentation.
3. Work with legal technology tools to streamline processes.
4. Coordinate with internal business teams for compliance and operational support.
5. Conduct legal research and assist in regulatory compliance matters.

Duration & Mode:

• Tenure: 3 Months
• Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work From Office)
• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
