Think India International Law Commission Internship with Prof. Dr. Bimal Patel, Member-Designate, United Nations International Law Commission
The selected candidates shall work as Law Research Assistants. The work shall generally entail, but is not limited to, engaging with research propositions related to International Law and conducting background research on topics under consideration. The assistantship shall preferably span 3 months (extendable) and will be conducted remotely. Exceptional performance during the internship may provide an opportunity to attend the ILC session in Geneva in person, at the candidate’s own expense and subject to feasibility.
Eligibility:
Students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year Integrated Law Course, or Final-year students of a 3-year Law Course, who have studied Public International Law.

2. A writing sample of not more than 500 words on the topic “Non-legally binding international agreements and due diligence” (titled as Name_WS)
