About the Organisation

GC Gupta Law Firm was founded by Shri Ganga Charan Gupta (Retired DySP) after his retirement. The firm is presently led by Dr. Yogesh Kumar Gupta, Advocate, with over 35 years of active practice, and Advocate Divyansh Gupta. The firm handles a wide spectrum of matters including criminal, civil, matrimonial, writs, public interest litigation (PILs), and other proceedings, continuing a tradition of integrity and professional excellence.

Eligibility

• Students pursuing law
• Law graduates

Responsibilities of Interns

Selected interns will be engaged in:

• Daily case briefing
• Legal research
• Case drafting
• Attending daily court proceedings

Number of Interns

Maximum of 5 interns will be selected.

Location

• District and Sessions Court, Jaipur
• Office Address: 417, Second Floor, Anchor Mall, Ajmer Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Chamber: 247, D‑Block, Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur

Work Timings

• Court: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Office: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (attendance optional for those unable to attend)

Duration

• Minimum internship duration: 1 month
• No fixed maximum duration.

Stipend

• No stipend for the first two months.
• Payment will commence thereafter, based on the quality of work.
