Pathway Counsel is a full-service law firm based in New Delhi, with a diverse practice spanning corporate, civil society, and minority rights representation. It regularly appears before courts and tribunals across Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, and Tamil Nadu. The firm handles complex litigation, advisory, and policy matters, especially in technology and data privacy law, including DPDPA, GDPR, and IT Act issues. It also manages high-stakes civil and commercial disputes involving property, family law, and intellectual property. In constitutional and society registration law, it actively engages in writ petitions and regulatory challenges. Pathway Counsel is committed to guiding clients through intricate legal landscapes with strategic clarity.
Pathway Counsel are looking for a law student preferably in their 3rd/4th/5th year, who is passionate for one or more of our core practice areas (Data Privacy, Constitutional, Civil/Commercial Litigation).
1. Conducting intensive legal research across various statutes, case law, and policy frameworks relevant to our practice areas (e.g., Data Privacy, IT Law, Constitutional Law, IPR).
2. Assisting in the drafting of pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.
3. Preparing comprehensive case notes and summaries for court hearings and client briefings.
4. Assisting with policy analysis on emerging regulatory issues.
