About HSLSA:

The Haryana State Legal Services Authority (HSLSA) envisions a justice system where access is not rationed by wealth or status, but guaranteed as a constitutional right. Guided by this vision, HSLSA delivers free legal aid, organizes Lok Adalats and mediation, builds legal literacy, supports victims through compensation schemes, and strengthens legal empowerment across Haryana. With its institutional network—from High Court patronage to district committees, ADR centres, advocates, and volunteers—HSLSA bridges gaps for marginalized communities, reduces court backlogs through alternative dispute resolution, and fosters citizen empowerment through education and outreach.
