About the Internship:

Are you passionate about corporate law, compliance, and startup advisory? This internship program at EKA Legal LLP is designed to give law students practical exposure to corporate legal services, client advisory, and litigation support.

Interns will work closely with experienced advocates, gaining insights into both transactional and litigation aspects of corporate practice.

Key Details:

Duration: December 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026
Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Stipend: Unpaid (Certificate of Internship provided upon successful completion)
Deadline to Apply: November 27, 2025

Eligibility:

3‑Year LL.B. Program: Students from 2nd year onwards
5‑Year Integrated LL.B. Program: Students from 3rd year onwards

Roles & Responsibilities:

Interns will be actively involved in:

Legal research and drafting
Contract review and compliance work
Client advisory and startup structuring assistance
Litigation support, including MSME matters
Drafting pitch decks for startups
Research on funding advisory
