About the Internship:

The Centre for Mediation and Conciliation (CMC) at Bombay Chamber is inviting applications for a 6‑month internship programme. This internship offers immersive exposure to mediation practices, dispute resolution mechanisms, and court processes, making it ideal for students and young professionals keen on ADR.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in mediation sessions and meetings.
• Communicate with stakeholders including parties, advocates, and courts.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and case summaries.
• Support administrative and court‑related tasks.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6‑month commitment.
• Fluency in Marathi (spoken) is essential.
• Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, discreet, and detail‑oriented.
