About the Organisation:

Advocate-on-Record Sunil Kumar Verma is a practicing lawyer at the Supreme Court of India, with a primary focus on Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Legal Drafting, Research, and Court Proceedings. His office is actively engaged in diverse litigation and research work, offering interns valuable exposure to the practical aspects of case preparation, drafting, and court practice.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students enrolled in a recognized law college/university
• Preferably 2nd year onwards in a 3-year or 5-year law program, or recent law graduates
• Basic understanding of legal research and drafting
• Candidates should be serious, committed, and willing to learn

Roles & Responsibilities:

Selected interns will gain hands-on experience in:

• Assisting in court matters and observing proceedings
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings
• Preparing case briefs, notes, and maintaining case files
• Drafting legal documents and assisting in case preparation
• Providing court assistance as required

Internship Details:

• Number of Positions: 1–2 (subject to requirement)
• Location: Supreme Court of India, Tilak Marg, New Delhi – 110001
• Duration: 1–2 months (extendable based on performance)
• Stipend: At the discretion of the Advocate, based on performance
