Internship Opportunity:

Advocate Udai Khanna, serving as Panel Counsel for the Union of India, is inviting applications for an internship position at his office. This opportunity is designed for law students seeking hands‑on exposure to litigation and research in diverse practice areas.

Duration:

• Minimum: 1 month
• Extendable: Up to 3–6 months based on performance

Practice Areas:

• Taxation
• Arbitration
• Commercial Laws
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
• Land Acquisition Matters

Nature of Work:

• Assisting in preparation of case briefs and research notes
• Attending, observing, and supporting in court proceedings before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court
• Conducting in‑depth legal research on diverse issues of law

Eligibility:

• Law students (preferably in their 4th or 5th year of a 5‑year course, or final year of a 3‑year LL.B.)
• Genuine interest in litigation
• Strong research and drafting skills

Mode of Internship:

• Candidates may opt for remote or hybrid work arrangements
