ABOUT RGNUL:
The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, established under the 2006 State Legislature Act, is a premier law university known for its excellence in legal education, research, and consultancy. With a fully residential campus hosting over 1000 students, RGNUL offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and academic resources. It houses 19 research centers, including the Centre for Business Law and Taxation, and publishes five journals on contemporary legal issues.
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE:
This conference, held on International Human Rights Day, offers an interdisciplinary forum to explore contemporary issues, judicial trends, and emerging challenges in Human Rights Law. It focuses on evolving concerns around AI, surveillance, climate justice, and global conflict, aiming to bridge the gap between traditional legal frameworks and rapidly transforming realities.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- All authors must strictly adhere to the following submission guidelines:
- Participants shall be required to submit an abstract of around 350 words on or before November 30, 2025.
- Abstract shall also contain the name of the author/authors, email ID of the author/s, contact number and designation.
- Acceptance of abstracts shall be communicated separately.
- The payment link shall be shared separately if the abstract is selected.
- The full paper shall not exceed 6000 words. It shall be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12 on A4-size paper on any of the sub-themes of the conference, with a 1” margin on all edges and 1.5 line spacing using MS Word.
- Citation shall be strictly in accordance with Bluebook (20th Edition).
- The university may publish selected papers. The selection of papers for publication shall be the exclusive discretion of the university.
REGISTRATION:
- The Conference will be open to all UG/PG Students, Faculty, Academicians, Researchers and/or Practitioners in the field of Law.
- Co-authorship of up to only two authors is permissible.
- Registration fee for Students is INR 800/- + GST, and a separate registration fee for Co-author is INR 500/-+ GST.
- Registration fee for Faculty, Advocates and Professionals is INR 1,000/- + GST, and a separate registration fee for Co-author is INR 500/- + GST
- Abstract submission and Provisional registration can be done through the following link.
- The final payment and registration link shall be circulated separately if the abstract is selected.
- Kindly note that the registration fee is non-refundable, and the conference will be conducted in hybrid mode.
- A certificate of participation will be provided to all participants.

- Intimation regarding Selection of Abstract: December 1, 2025
- Last Date for Registration: December 2, 2025
- Last Date for Submission of Full Paper: December 7, 2025
