The Department of Law at Punjabi University is dedicated to quality legal education and research. It fosters critical legal thinking, interdisciplinary scholarship, and student engagement with contemporary legal issues.

About the Conference:

This international conference seeks to provide an interdisciplinary platform for academicians, practitioners, researchers, policymakers, and students to deliberate on the evolution, protection, and future of human rights and fundamental rights. It will examine historical foundations, contemporary challenges, and emerging frameworks in the age of globalization, technological advancement, and socio-political transformation.

Abstract Submission:

  • Format: MS Word, Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, A4, 1 cm margin.
  • Word limit: 250–300 words (including 4 keywords).
  • Cover page must include: Title, Author(s), Designation, Affiliation, Contact details.
  • Co-authorship limited to two authors.
  • Deadline: 12 April 2026.

Full Paper Submission:

  • Format: MS Word, Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, A4, 1 cm margin.
  • Word limit: Maximum 5000 words.
  • Plagiarism limit: 10% (excluding footnotes and bibliography).
  • Citation style: Bluebook 21st edition.
  • Declaration of originality required.
  • Deadline: 14 April 2026.
