The International Conference on Cybersecurity Law and Governance: Building Global Resilience will be hosted on April 17–18, 2026 by the Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies (ABVSLS), CSJMU, Kanpur. The event will be conducted in hybrid mode, enabling participation both on‑campus and virtually, thereby ensuring inclusivity for global scholars, practitioners, and students.

Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur, is a premier institution with NAAC A++ accreditation and recognition as a UGC Grade‑I university. It is known for its diverse academic programs, advanced infrastructure, and commitment to research excellence.

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Legal Studies (ABVSLS), established in 2017, has rapidly emerged as a hub for legal education and policy innovation. Offering integrated law degrees, specialized LL.M. programs, and doctoral research opportunities, the school emphasizes training future justice dispensers, law reformers, and community crusaders. The keynote will be delivered by Swapnil Tripathi, Advocate at the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, New Delhi, and DPhil in Law (Oxford). His expertise in Public Interest Litigation and Constitutional Law will provide a critical lens on how cyber law intersects with fundamental rights and governance.
