JC College of Law, Bahadurgarh, Haryana, established in 2024, is a pioneer in AI-Driven Legal Education with World-Class Infrastructure. The institution is approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi, affiliated to NAAC A+ Accredited Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana, and recognized under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956.

Inter- University Moot Court Competition 2026 aims to provide law students with an opportunity to enhance their advocacy, research, drafting, and analytical skills by simulating real courtroom proceedings.
The competition will involve memorial drafting, oral arguments, researcher’s test, and interaction with eminent judges, academicians, and legal practitioners from across India.
The moot proposition is based on a criminal law dispute involving questions related to suicide, homicide, circumstantial evidence, forensic inconsistencies, and insurance fraud.
· Members of the team must be undergraduate students pursuing a recognized Bachelor of Law program (3-Year LL. B or 5-Year Integrated Law Course).
· Only Colleges/Institutions recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate.
· Each institution may send a maximum of two teams.
· Each team shall comprise three members: Two Speakers and One Researcher.
· Teams consisting of only two speakers may also participate, however such teams will not be eligible for the Researcher’s Test.
· Last Date of Registration: 14 August 2026
· Last Date for Soft Copy Memorial Submission: 17 August 2026
· Last Date for Hard Copy Memorial Submission: 18 August 2026
· Competition Dates: 20 & 21 August 2026
