In this eColloquium, participants will deliberate and reason with the idea of Rule of Law in connection with justice, liberty and democracy. The reader for the eColloquium on which the discussions will be based upon, will include ( among other scholarly works) readings of great legal and jurisprudential scholars like H.L.A Hart and F.A. Hayek.
CCS will select 20 participants from a pool of applicants based on the merit of their application. All students, young professionals, policy enthusiasts as well as CCS’ alumni are encouraged to apply.
The eColloquium reader is a set of articles, chapters from books, op-eds and blogs which are compiled together by CCS to articulate a flow in the reading. Participants are required to read and reflect on these texts carefully before the colloquium as it serves as the foundation for the discussions on the day of the program. Participants are responsible for the content of the discussions, thus the quality of the program depends entirely on their thorough preparation.
A Certificate of participation will be provided to the participants of eColloquium, who successfully attend and contribute to the discussions in all the sessions during the eColloquium.
