About

The National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam has proposed to establish a Centre for Advanced Research in Corporate Law (CARCL) which will cater to the activities needed to focus on various aspects of corporate law, especially in the North East. The focus area of the Centre will be to develop Corporate Law as a vibrant academic discipline. The Centre will try to further these programmes and work with different agencies and institutions focus on corporate issues in the northeast region.

With the above mentioned objectives, Centre for Advanced Research in Corporate Law (CARCL) invites papers for its maiden issue of National Law University and Judicial Academy Corporate Law Journal (NLUCLJ). Our aim is to take an initiative for research and development in the area of Corporate Law, Policy and governance. The Journal focuses on highlighting upcoming developments, issues and challenges and other aspects affecting the regulation and implementation of various facets of Corporate Law

Manuscripts can be submitted in the following categories

a. Articles( 6000- 1000 words)

b.Case Comments( 3000-5000 words)

c.Book Reviews(1500-3000 words)

General Instructions

All manuscripts must be accompanied by an abstract not exceeding 200 words.
The citation method should be as per the Blue Book Format (20th Ed.)
The submissions shall be accompanied with the following details:

c. Institutional Affiliation

d. Address and Contact No.

e. E-mail

All works must be original and unpublished, and must not be pending for review before any other journal. Plagiarized manuscripts will not be accepted.
