Certificate Program in Intellectual Property Rights-ILS Pune-22nd September 2021 – 2nd October 2021.

Understanding, recognising, and respecting such rights is critical because, while intellectual property is still a niche part of the law, it is quickly becoming an integral part of business and entrepreneurship. However, advances in science, the arts, and technology continue to outpace the development of intellectual property law. The Certificate Program was created with the goal of not only providing participants with a basic understanding of all forms of intellectual property, but also familiarising them with current trends and developments in the field.

Objectives of the Program:

• Basic knowledge of the various branches of IP Laws.
• A holistic understanding of the legalities of IPR.
• Discussion on contemporary issues in IP Laws.
• Understanding intricacies involved in drafting and filings for Intellectual Property registration.
• Analyzing the development laws relating to Intellectual Property.

Teaching Methodology:

• Interactive lectures will be conducted by eminent academicians, practicing lawyers and IP professionals through G Suite meet.
