- Module 2: India’s Court System – Courts, Tribunals, Jurisdiction.
Part II: Corporate Governance
- Module 1: Introduction – Meaning, Growth, Theories.
- Module 2: Corporate Governance & Companies Act, 2013 – Stakeholders, Class Action, Compliance.
- Module 3: SEBI & Corporate Governance – Role of SEBI, SEBI Regulations (LODR 2015, ICDR 2018), Banking Regulations.
