Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai is a National Law University located at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is the 18th National Law University established in India by The Maharashtra National Law University Act 2014, passed by Maharashtra Legislature under the Maharashtra Act No VI of 2014.
Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai is organising a Certificate Course on Competition Law from 2nd to 8th December 2019.
The Certificate Course has been designed to impart knowledge about the competitive environment prevalent in India and contemporary challenges faced by it. The training programme, apart from making aware of the Competition Law & the allied issues would also discuss in detail the role of the regulatory authority CCI in implementing the competition regime. This course would be equivalent to two credit.
