National Law University, Jodhpur is an institution of national prominence established under the National Law University, Jodhpur, Act, 1999 enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature. The University is established for the advancement of learning, teaching, research and diffusion of knowledge in the field of law.

About the Journal

Trade, Law and Development is a student-edited journal on International Economic Law. The Journal is now inviting unpublished manuscripts for publication its 12th Anniversary Special Issue (Vol. 12 No.1, Summer ’20 Issue) on the theme ‘Trade in Services: A Holistic Solution to New-Found Issues in Trade Law?’.

Submissions are welcome in the form of Articles, Notes, Comments and Book Reviews. For your convenience, I have attached the notification for calls in both Word and PDF format.
