What Are GNLU & GSBTM?

Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) is the statutory university established by the Govt. of Gujarat under the Gujarat National Law University Act, 2003. The university is located at Gandhinagar, which is the capital of Gujarat and is located 23 kilometers north of the city of Ahmedabad. The University is recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI) and the University Grants Commission (UGC) (2f & 12B) .

The State Government of Gujarat, in its resolve and continued endeavors for socio-economic up-liftment of society, has identified Biotechnology as most potential tool for development. The State intends to promote biotechnology sector by building appropriate image, encouraging entrepreneurship, strengthening organizational colorations and forecasting business partnerships. For facilitating the development of biotechnology in the State, Government of Gujarat has constituted Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission, under the aegis of Department of Science and Technology.

Every year, GNLU in collaboration with Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission (GSBTM) organises One Year Diploma Course in Biotechnology, Law and Policy. Anyone holding a graduate degree from a recognized university in any field is eligible to apply for this course. They are pleased to inform you that after successful completion of three batches of PG Diploma in Biotechnology, Law and Policy, they have begun the admissions for the 4th batch. The blended-mode program runs for a year from January to December.

What Are The Details Of The Course?

Course Duration: One year. The classes will commence from the first week of February 2024.
Mode of course: The blended-mode (both offline and online mode)
Eligibility: Anyone holding a graduate degree from a recognized university in any field is eligible to apply for this course
