About the Mentor:

Adv. Dhanya T Mallar is a lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India and admitted as a non‑practising Solicitor in England & Wales. She holds an LL.M. in Arbitration from Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, with a strong focus on dispute resolution.

Her professional experience includes:

• Junior Partner at V.J. Mathew & Co., Cochin – handling international commercial disputes in Shipping Law, Electricity Law, Administrative Law, Contract Law, and Property Law.
• Research Assistant at Clyde & Co., Hamburg – working with the arbitration team on offshore wind energy disputes, gaining insights into renewable energy arbitration.

Currently based in Bangalore, she continues to practice and mentor in arbitration and allied fields, while also offering consultancy for SQE 2 Exemptions.

Internship Details:

• Eligibility: Final‑year (5th year) law students.
• Mode: Hybrid (remote + in‑office, Bangalore).
• Duration: As per availability dates shared by applicants.
• Nature of Work: Research, drafting, and exposure to arbitration and allied practice areas.
