The Bar Council of India has officially released the schedule for the All India Bar Examination – XX to be held in November, 2025.

Why Passing AIBE is Important?

• Payment Window Begins: 29th September 2025
• Last Date for Registration: 28th October 2025
• Last Date for Online Payments: 29th October 2025
• Correction Window Closes: 31st October 2025
• Admit Cards Available From: 15th November 2025
• Examination Day: 30th November 2025

Overview of the Exam:

Exam Pattern:

• Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Total Questions: 100
• Total Marks: 100 (1 mark each)
• Negative Marking: None
• Duration: 3 hours 30 minutes

Mode of Examination:

• Format: Offline, pen‑and‑paper based test.
• Open Book Policy: Candidates may carry bare acts (without notes or commentary) into the exam hall, making it a test of application and interpretation rather than memorization.

Passing Criteria:

1. General/OBC Candidates: 45%
2. SC/ST & Disabled Candidates: 40%
