About the Programme:

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way businesses, governments and professionals operate. Its growing deployment raises complex questions concerning privacy, competition, consumer protection, intellectual property, international law and sectoral regulation.

The South Asian University Winter Programme on Artificial Intelligence and Law is a multidisciplinary and practice-oriented programme designed to develop professional expertise at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Law and Policy.

The Programme provides participants with a strong foundation in AI technologies while examining their legal, ethical, regulatory and policy implications.

Key areas covered:

• AI and legal implications
• AI and data privacy
• AI and competition law
• AI, consumer law and policy
• AI and intellectual property rights
• AI and international law
• Sectoral regulation, including healthcare, telecommunications, banking and finance

Mode:

The programme will be conducted in a 𝐡𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭, with sessions held both online and at the 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐡𝐢.
