About the Competition:

The competition is designed to provide participants with a practical platform to develop their skills in mooting, legal research, written submissions, oral advocacy and commercial arbitration. It aims to encourage students to critically analyse complex legal issues and present persuasive arguments in a professional advocacy setting.

School of Law, SASTRA Deemed to be University, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India is pleased to announce the 1st International Commercial Arbitration Online Moot Court Competition, 2027, providing law students with an opportunity to engage with contemporary issues of commercial arbitration, international law and dispute resolution.

Mode of Competition:

The competition will be conducted online, enabling participation from law schools and institutions across different jurisdictions.

Preliminary Rounds:
6th & 7th February 2027

Semi-Final & Final Rounds:
13th & 14th February 2027

Provisional Registration:
Starts from 26th October 2026
