The Legal Innovation & Incubation Cell (LIIC) at HPNLU is a student‑driven initiative encouraging innovation, entrepreneurship, and problem‑solving in the legal ecosystem. Lexcelerate’26 is a Shark Tank‑style legal startup pitching contest where participants transform real problems in the legal ecosystem into innovative, technology‑driven ventures.

Rules & Eligibility

  • Open to all (individual or team participation, max 3 members).
  • Startup ideas may be conceptual, prototype, or operational.
  • Pitch Deck must include problem identification, solution, market need, innovation, sustainability model, and roadmap.
  • Presentation time: 10 minutes + Q&A.
  • Formal attire and professional conduct are mandatory.
  • Registration Fee: ₹500 per head (₹350 for HPNLU students).

Vidhi‑Verse Exhibition

Alongside Lexcelerate’26, Vidhi‑Verse will showcase innovative legal startups, AI‑powered solutions, ODR platforms, and tools for legal education, research, and practice. It provides a space for students and professionals to directly engage with founders, explore technologies, and envision the future of law.
