2nd International Conference on Navigating the Future of Insolvency: IBC in the Age of Technology, Globalisation and Sustainable Finance

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law Division (IBLD) of the Centre for Business Laws and Taxation (CBLT), Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Punjab, is organising the 2nd International Conference on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) on 9–10 October 2026 at the RGNUL Campus, Patiala. This premier forum will bring together jurists, insolvency professionals, policymakers, researchers, and students to deliberate on the evolving insolvency ecosystem in India and globally.

Established under the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab Act, 2006, RGNUL has emerged as one of the country’s top-ranking law universities.   • Assess the regulatory landscape for cryptocurrency and digital asset insolvency.
  • Critically review the Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP) for MSMEs.
  • Explore intersections of IBC with PMLA, SEBI regulations, Competition Law, and other frameworks.
  • Provide a platform for academic research and scholarly discourse.
