CARCIL National Deal Negotiation Competition 2026 | Chanakya National Law University, Patna
Established in 2006, Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna has emerged as a premier institution dedicated to advancing legal education and research. With its commitment to academic excellence, CNLU collaborates with statutory bodies, think tanks, law firms, trade associations, and educational institutions to provide students with exposure to contemporary legal issues. Through conferences, guest lectures, and capacity‑building initiatives, the University nurtures practical skills and research aptitude, preparing students for leadership in the legal profession.
The Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL) at CNLU is a Centre of Excellence focused on Corporate Law, Governance, Insolvency, and allied fields. CARCIL fosters intellectual curiosity and critical thinking by organising research projects, workshops, lectures, and faculty development programmes. Its mission is to advance scholarship and practice in corporate and insolvency laws while encouraging innovative approaches to legal problem‑solving.
The CNLU–CARCIL National Deal Negotiation Competition (CCNDNC) 2026 is a practice‑oriented initiative centred on FinTech Laws. Designed to simulate real‑world commercial negotiations, the competition equips participants with transactional and negotiation skills at the intersection of finance, technology, and law.
The competition unfolds in three stages:
The event will test participants’ commercial awareness, adaptability, legal reasoning, and negotiation skills.
Each team must consist of two members, assuming fixed roles:
