About the Opportunity:

SSRANA & Co. has announced Assessment Internship positions for its Trademark/Opposition team at the firm’s office in South Delhi. This internship offers law students and graduates the chance to gain hands‑on exposure to IP litigation and opposition proceedings, while working closely with experienced practitioners in one of India’s leading law firms.

Mode:

• Offline (In‑Office) internship at the Delhi office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Interns will be expected to:

• Assist senior associates and partners in legal research related to trademark and opposition matters.
• Draft, review, and study legal documents including pleadings, oppositions, and case briefs.
• Contribute to case preparation and strategy discussions.
• Gain practical insights into IP litigation, opposition proceedings, and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students enrolled in LL.B. (3‑year or 5‑year course) or LL.M. programs.
• Strong academic grounding and interest in Intellectual Property Laws.
• Prior exposure to IP law coursework or internships will be an added advantage.
