Prateek Gupta, Founder and Managing Partner of Prateek Gupta & Associates, is a seasoned litigator with expertise in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Competition Commission of India, Central Pollution Control Board, School Tribunals, and other judicial and regulatory forums.
His professional engagements extend to domestic and international arbitration under prestigious institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA). He has also advised clients in complex corporate fraud investigations, forensic asset tracking, whistleblower matters, and internal investigations, and has represented more than 50 clients before the RERA Authority.
