- Modes: Paper Presenter / Participant (without paper)
- Co‑authorship: Up to 3 authors allowed
- Abstracts: 300–350 words, 5 keywords, submitted via Google Form
- Full Papers: 3000–5000 words, Bluebook 20th citation style
- Formatting: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing; footnotes in 10 pt
- File Format: .doc or .docx only
- Cover Letter: Must include author details, designation, institution, and paper title
