Legal Internship- (IBC & Insolvency Practice):

MVK IPE LLP, Indore is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Programme in the field of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC). This is an excellent opportunity for law students and fresh graduates to gain practical exposure and build a strong foundation in insolvency practice while working with a multidisciplinary professional team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assisting in day-to-day legal and compliance activities
• Supporting filing and documentation procedures under IBC
• Tracking cause lists and monitoring case status before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
• Providing research and drafting support in insolvency matters

Eligibility:

• Law students (LL.B.) or law graduates (freshers)
• Interest in Insolvency & Bankruptcy laws
• Strong communication and drafting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe tools
• Familiarity with technology and AI-based tools
